1.Personal Information Collected by GitLocalize
a.We may collect the following forms of Personal Information when you use, access, view the Service, including translations on third party websites that utilize the Service:
i.Account information. We may collect Personal Information you submit when you register for an account with the Service. This includes your name, contact information (including email address), profile photo, information about your website, and your selected website language. If you login through Facebook, Github, or another third party platform, we will collect your profile information from the third party source.
ii.Information used to provide our Services. We will automatically collect information from any website you've installed the Services on in order to provide translations and other features we may offer. This includes website text, content, and code.
iii.Information from website visitors. We may collect certain information from visitors to websites with the Services installed. This includes visitor location and website interaction information.
iv.Payment information. We will collect information necessary to process payments for subscriptions to the Service, as more thoroughly described in the Terms of Service.
vi.Information you provide when you contact us. We collect information you submit to the GitLocalize when you may us or contact us for customer or technical support.

a.We access and use Personal Information primarily to provide the Service and support for users. Specifically, we may use Personal Information to:
i.Provide the Service, including the translation features, as well as related features.
ii.Process subscription payments.
iii.Provide you with customer and technical support.
iv.Send you emails related to the Service.
v.Provide you with offers we believe you will find relevant.
vi.To monitor and analyze how the Service performs and to optimize it for you and other users.
b.We may disclose Personal Information as necessary to (i) comply with legal requests or requirements or (ii) to perform the services you have requested.
a.GitLocalize does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. We will promptly delete any Personal Information we have found to have been collected from any child under 13. Please contact us immediately if you believe we may have any such Personal Information.
a.We value your security and employ a number of methods to protect the integrity and security of your Personal Information. This includes encryption of certain financial information and the requirement that users create passwords to access certain features. California residents may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information within the immediately preceding calendar year.
